Airtel company not giving me any information or call, He change my postpaid plan, My old plan is 299=00 and new Plan is 449=00, 50% increase in my plan, How can company change??
I joined this company last 12 to 24 months,

I am always used Postpaid connection, almost 10 years

I wanted to convert both the numbers to corporate cug plan. Worst customer care services arevprovided by airtel. Three times they have registered my same complaint and every time asked me to wait for 72 hrs and then its always the same. I mean what the heck they dont even respect their own customers time, how could they expect a better relationship. At the end its always thank you for calling airtel. Parasites....

I have recharged with an amount of 34 rs on my airtel no [protected] after checking an offer on my airtel app, it was shown in the offer that I would get 36 rs talk time.
