My Airtel DTH ID is [protected], log a complain on 22/05/2016; compliant no. 51861031. Not yet resolved after 4 days, even useless customer care not able to clarify that when their technicians will come to resolve. technician are not taking calls, ridiculous Airtel.
I am totally fed up and want to go with Consumer court, kindly guide me on this.

I already top up for Rs.90 talk time and Rs.110 rate cutter for my airtel sim. Today I have balance of Rs.10. I just made a call to my friend and speak for a 1 to 2 mints.after that it suddenly tell that insufficient balance to make outgoing call...before 1 month also I got same issue..I have balance of Rs.7 but I am not able to make any calls after that only I put rate cutter and top up of Rs.90 also...on that time itself I call to Airtel...

I have asked the mobile vendor to deactivate my number they said that they will process the request but there has been no sign of such thing. I have been receiving bills of the last four months which is ridiculous. My outstanding bill is now rs1227. Over this period of four months not a single call has been made. Neither the number fetches network. Still the company is piling up bills....

Cheating customers with fake offers on airtel recharge website

Last week i went to airtel recharge website http://www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/prepaid/easy-recharge-enter-number to activate 2g package for my airtel number [protected].

There was a offer saying -- 1 gb -- 2g recharge for 96 rupee - (Valid for 28 days).
So i went ahead and did the recharge.

But to my shock and horror, only 350gb 2g data was credited -- valid for 14 days.
