Worst broadband service

I have problem with internet, every month I face this problem and technician need to contact Chennai and inform them regarding StaticIP, it is taking a week time and lot of followup.
Some other Airtel technician suggesting that the Airtel service is bad and asking us to shift to beam, such a reputation Airtel is building.

I have problem with internet now, raised complaint yesterday, no response yet. If I call today...

Slow/ no response on service request

I raised a simple service request to Airtel customer support to activate Centrex service on my landline number.

After sending mail, I got first response afte 2 days that they will get back to me in 72 hrs. Now its been 4 days, I did not get any response from them.
When I call their customer care (and after 6 min on being on hold), no one have any clue about what is the status.

It is very frustrating being...

Network problem in our residential area

I have recently port my number from idea to airtel but airtel having network problem in parkash avenue, near nirranjan nagar area. As this is posh area adjoint to shalimar garden of the city bit there is no full towers network at residence. The voice calling is always found interrupted.
I am also using my 4g data card but having same problem too.
For calling and $g net we have to come on outside.

Hi,

Worst of its kind of service, i have been witnessing from airtel digital tv team. Neither the customer support nor the local tsm feel responsible about the set top box complaint.

Poor quality and under-trained or rather untrained technician visit my home just to discover the faulty set box and leave saying somebody from the team would come and resolve the issue.

Even the escalation department...

Recharge reversal

Can you please reverese the recharge of the transaction id[protected]. I have been asked for recharge of the number [protected] and was told it from up for the sending of medicine, but as soon as money was being transfered the account went offline and i came to know that i have been cheated.
O if the system could and possible please reverse the recharge.

Airtel mobile app a new way to cheat people

I've recharged for rs 149 by airtel mobile app on 18 april 2016. The amount was deducted from my bank account. Also it has shown a success message. But the offer was not activated or money is not reverted back. I've tired of contacting airtel customer care. They are giving least importance for these kind of issues. I've contacted the customer care, nodal officers, apellate atleast 70 -80 times. No solutions yet....

Hi, i sarvesh r dudhankar, using an airtel mobile number [protected], wanted to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, so i visited an airtel shop in santacruz west, opp vijay sales on sunday i. E 15th may 2016, gave all the required documents, photographs, paid all the due amount till date, got the new sim cards and was told it'll be done in 48 hours.

Today even after 1 week still my number is in postpaid (Not changed to prepaid)...
