Billing amount overcharged

It has been two months of due date of my airtel bill. My bill generally forms on 7th of the month. On 8th may I checked my unbilled amount to be Rs550(excluding monthly rental which is of 299). This means my bill should be around Rs850-900 but what I got in my bill is around Rs1400. I am unable to pay this amount and I didn't got any help from airtel executive also.

Yesterday[protected] i was recharged mobile number [protected] by tariff plane 85 to deduct pulse rate on my mobile number but 85rs deduct two times in my account.


My mobile received recharge message two time 6:30 and 7:07. How it is possible same tariff plane activated same number same time or same day.


If it is possible then this vary beg problem in you software recharge....

I want to let you know a fraudulent activity by airtel employee. I received a call from airtel caller-payal ([protected]) to convert my existing number ([protected]) to airtel postpaid number. She offered me rs-199 plan which contains 600 calls + 400 sms; i agreed on it.
