Hi, I bought a new prepaid connection on 23 Nov 2015 at the local Airtel Express store in Vijaynagar, Mysore, Karnataka, India. I made online recharge of Rs. 53 for 3G pack on 17th November 2015. I received message to my mobile number [protected] that your recharge is successful and your internet validity is 7 days and 175 MB data is offered. But on 22nd of November my balance of about Rs. 64 got deducted . I called customer care they said your recharge validity was only for 5 days and only 160MB out of which I used only 105MB data.
