Harassment for payment of bill for services not rendered

Worst service received by airtel customer care

Unlawful deduction of balance

I made online recharge of Rs. 53 for 3G pack on 17th November 2015. I received message to my mobile number [protected] that your recharge is successful and your internet validity is 7 days and 175 MB data is offered. But on 22nd of November my balance of about Rs. 64 got deducted . I called customer care they said your recharge validity was only for 5 days and only 160MB out of which I used only 105MB data. Number deactivated and wrong plan activated

Number deactivated and harrasement and wrong information

I had taken two number from Airtel post paid, and that was corporate connection.
I made call to Airtel customer care several time, but they gave me wrong information.
and told again and again wait for 24 hours,
I waited so long but they did not solve the problem.

The only thing I got is harassment, I spoke with nodal officers and appellate authority also...

Didn't get talktime balance in mobile after recharging 3 times

Hi, I am an airtel prepaid mobile customer from orissa circle. I received a message saying that on recharge of 159 rupees I will get 1GB 3G data and in addition to it I will get 30 rupees of talk time. I have done the recharges of 159 rupees 3 times on dates 19th Oct, 13th Nov and 17th Nov. My mobile is not yet activated till today, though messages came as activated. The BPO does not have the option of speaking to the customer care executive.
