Internet network issues - dongle

Out lot of escalations, Airtel Team not considering about costumer concerns, simply closing issues (not intimating proper resolution to us). but Bill payment team insisting us to make the payment, not considering user concerns.

why need to make the payment if you are not providing the services to the customer.
if this is the case why u need customer care technical services?

I was given a new sim to upgrade from 3g to 4G. Since then I don't have proper data service access, most of the time i end up using my WIFI. Called few times, either my complaint gets closed automatically next day or any time I call their server is down! Wonder why they advertise wrong information and not accountable to customers?? I have not seen such hypocrisy in any other service experience. It has been the heights of indecency in Airtel which I have observed in the past couple of days.

Kindly try to understand the weight of the situation before sending me any unbiased emails.
