Internet not working from 4 days

sir, my mobile number is ([protected]) my service reference number is CWRCH[protected] registered on 31-may has not been solved till date, and also i had recharged with 19rupees on[protected] for all local call @30p/min valid for six days initially and will extend till one month validity but now i am being charged more for all my calls and my validity has also not been increased......

My Airtel active prepaid mobile number was recycled
