Internet Connection Not Working

Amount deducted but Internet 3g Recharge failed

3G services not up to the mark and customer care not responding properly

no data plan with low data and 1 month validity

I use airtel only from accessing internet. i used to recharge 2g plan of rs 176 of 1GB with 28 days validity. My problem is that due to very slow speed i can not use my full data. I can use only 300-500 mb, rest of data go useless. The company should either provide enough speed to use 1 gb data in a month or extend the validity of the pack up to 3 months . Airtel and other comparies are looting consumers by not providing low data usage plan...

Irrelevant Charges in the bill

I have a postpaid connection. Since last three months, wrong bills are getting generated, where they are showing that my data usage exceeds 1Gb due to which they charging. I am tracking my data usage till the last minute of the month. Though in the previous to months, I have been able to get waived off the unnecessary charges but now again this thing happens third time in a row. Unnecessarily charging late fee since couple of months
