unfair charges of net

Dear concern i have a airtel no with last 3 years([protected])now the concern is in my 399 plan(700 local min, 100 std and 1 GB data is free is i can use now in 9 march to 9 april 2015 i can use 50 MB more and they people can charge Rs 500 for 50MB ...and i can talk so many times in customer care and the people say charges is absolutely right and saying very rudely go what ever u want to do.so i am very upset about the charege of RS 500...

No barred after portability_bill paid

Dear airtel i wanted to port my no into the idea and for that i have thought i should change my post paid plan in prepaid first, than i have requested to change in prepaid, but the same time i get to know that i can port my postpaid no in prepaid idea without converting in prepaid so i have again requested that don't change it keep my existing plan, but at the time airtel representative change my 999 plan into 399 without let me know ....

Nano sim not activated

I have 2 number . One is Bangalore number which I use to make calls and the other of jharkhand number which is used for connecting net through dongle. I recharged the Jharkhand number with 3g pack and I got the confirmation that the recharge was successfull and the amount was also deducted but it looks like 4g of data usage was not credited to that number . Dissconnection of the sim on the grounds of ownership transfer

It has been 5 days since my airtel sim got disconnected On 9th April 2015 Due to transfer of ownership to my family plan. Hello airtel I made my phone recharge with Rs. 249 for 3g internet access but instead of internet package i got free STD mins. I talk to customer care executive more than 4 times with my airtel no.
