Dear concern i have a airtel no with last 3 years([protected])now the concern is in my 399 plan(700 local min, 100 std and 1 GB data is free is i can use now in 9 march to 9 april 2015 i can use 50 MB more and they people can charge Rs 500 for 50MB ...and i can talk so many times in customer care and the people say charges is absolutely right and saying very rudely go what ever u want to do.so i am very upset about the charege of RS 500...

Dear airtel i wanted to port my no into the idea and for that i have thought i should change my post paid plan in prepaid first, than i have requested to change in prepaid, but the same time i get to know that i can port my postpaid no in prepaid idea without converting in prepaid so i have again requested that don't change it keep my existing plan, but at the time airtel representative change my 999 plan into 399 without let me know ....

I have 2 number . One is Bangalore number which I use to make calls and the other of jharkhand number which is used for connecting net through dongle. I recharged the Jharkhand number with 3g pack and I got the confirmation that the recharge was successfull and the amount was also deducted but it looks like 4g of data usage was not credited to that number .
