I, S K Raju resident of No 25 (66E1) Thiruvalluvar Nagar Main Road Alandur, Chennai 600016, submit that cable has been laid through my terrace without obtaining my permission. It has come to my notice when I went atop for some maintenance. May I kindly be intimated as to how this was done without obtaining my permission. Please also let me know as to why should not I move to consumer forum for such negligence....

I was surprised that how can the person from airtel is asking for credit card information. When searching in the web I found that number of people got such fraud call from above number.
