Wrongfully deducted my money

I have this postpaid plan of airtel 2 months and on 10th October i paid my bill 432 which has been declined by them and again i paid 432 rs ...according to the rules my earlier amount should be refunded and it should reflect in my credit card but to my shock they told me that they will adjust that amount in my upcoming bills but when i resisted they told me to wait for 22 working days i.e 1 month .What the hell is this ??? my reference number...
