Attitude of customer care

I called customer care this morning to verify a number that had come in. After held up by first rung responder for about 10 minutes the call is transferred to a so called supervisor. This supervisor responses in a most audacious and non caring manner called himself Srikumar or Srinivasan... that too after asking him for his name. Hi all, I am very much frustrated from Cheap Service provided by Airtel. I recommend not to go for Airtel Service. Instead go for Any other provider. I applied for airtel postpaid connection on airtel website then I started getting sms that "your number is converted to postpaid, please constant no: "Some number"". But my number was in prepaid only. Then I contacted that number and then a lady took my address for document collecting....
