On 14.8.2014 i made online fee payment Rs 169 for airtel mobile recharge through SBI Debit card.The transaction was failed due to the network problem after the POS the mentioned amount. Incapability of Employees

pathetic customer care service and online recharge unsuccessful

I did two recharges online, both the time money has deducted from my bank account but it seems both the recharges are not actually applied on my number. I called three times to contact center regarding this issue but they couldn't give me any solution and ask for wait, two out of three times they hanged up call on my face. its so pathetic behaviour. Recharge Online unsuccessful

I recharged my Airtel prepaid number [protected] on 12/8/14 with Rs.75 (Chennai circle) that should give me Rs.50/- balance in my talktime and the validity of this recharge is for 14 days during which my outgoing calls will be charged @40p per minute. Mis selling of Product by Airtel Company

Billing Errors prolonging over 9 months
