Sir I got a connection of Airtel 6-7 month ago as a part of my company policy i.e. Cug 99 plan. According to plan my billing cycle were 6th of every month. But I had to submit my bill against my reimbursement till 4th of every month. So that I requested to Airtel customer care countless time to change my billing cycle but they did not respond and charged late fee on my no. While it was their fault. After that there was 1000 excess billing...

According to my knowledge, Airtel India is charging Rs.10 per 5 days for Ghar Aaya Jyotish service for which we have not subscribed for.. Kindly take necessary action so that to avoid the charges being levied upon me....

Dear Sir/Madam, I lost my mobile on 25th Feb 2012 and that Mobile is having 2 SIMs belongs to TataDocomo([protected]) and another is Airtel ([protected]).

Today feb 26.at 5 pm i recharged my airtel mobile account with 20 rs & i was having data balance of 110 MB. After 6.15 i lost both balances' leaving it to 0.66ps & 10MB respectively .i frequently vulnerable to this balance loss problem ,but i am not referring earlier issues.customer care didn't solve the complaint i raised so i kindly request to solve my complaint by giving my amount back....

My name is vinod krishnan panicker. My mobile no. is [protected] from Airtel.
I received a bill[protected] dated[protected], of Rs 5715. This amount was for usage of data, where as my mobile was not working.
The Amazing thing about this bill is that it shows usage or down load of data every minute or so for 30 days. The down load is of 10 to 130 kb every time through out the 30 day bill cycle. My mobile was not working because...

I have Taken the 4G dongle from the Airetel and it worked fine for 2-3 days.

Then it suddenly stopped working and I called customer care they took arou5nd 15 hours time and called back said that I need to change sim card.

So went to Airtel showroom in Rajrajeshwari nagar they said that stock is not available of that simcard. Again I called to customer care they said that if its the case they will charge INR 50...

one of your airtel representative from ajmer comes to me with a RAILWAY CUG plan...There were two plan one of 99 Rs n other is for 149 Rs...He explained the whole plan(of Rs 99)as:-
1. the rental is of 99 Rs.
2.They will provide complete talk value of 99 Rs.

I receive phone call frequently from a no. [protected]. I get 3-4 phone call & Message from this no. in a day. This guy is some jerk irritating me when I even don't know him. Please block the phone call and message from this number.

My Prepaid Number is [protected]. I was recharged 101 rupees on 16th of Feb 2013 for using airtel 3G service. It was connected under 2G Speed. Many times i was making complaint they are not taking serious and not yet solve the issue. When this problem solved that god only knows..... Daily usage only left but not yet connected 3G service. My 3G internet connection on Airtel no [protected] is way too slow (2G speed only)! I am facing this problem since last 20 days, have registered complaint regarding this on customer care cell ( complain ref no. C3GSP[protected] dated 2/24/2013) but nothing has been sorted till date. I have purchased Airtel 3G Pre-paid datacard on 14-Jul-2012 at Croma Mount Road branch in Chennai.
My Airtel sim in datacard has been disconnected since last week. I raised a complaint to the respective branch, but no proper response has been received.

I would be better if some immediate action is taken and the problem is sorted out soon....
