This is with reference to my last complaint that i had reported at Consumer Complaints. I received a call from Mr Sumit Sharma, agreeing to get the amount of Rs 217 collected from my workplace for the sake of clearing out the outstanding dues and issuing the NOC. Its been around 20 days now. No one from Airtel has contacted me to collect the dues. Also, I have sent multiple mails at [protected]@in.airtel.com...

I have recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs 199, Rs 149 one after another from airtel.in and each of them failed but the money was deducted from my bank account. So I had to call customer care. Since my SIM card is from Tamilnadu and I'm in Bangalore, I had to call from an alternate number.

First when I called, they assured me that the money will be transferred back to my account. They also asked me to recharge...

I registered for porting out my number from Airtel, and it has to be done within 7 days .
Today this is 9th day and they are not giving me any details, also they are ready to close my number but they automatically assumed that i want to remain with airtel. When i called them they asked me to go to their store , when i went there they were not even rerady to listen to me.
From past 2 days, I had called their customer care around...

I am using Airtel DTH/Digital TV from last November 2012, Without my notice or request they changed my monthly pack from south supe rvalue to south economy sports. i am one of the retailer of airtel company. i have just recharged my airtelmoney smobile Number [protected] with Rs. 1000 on dec 2012 date lies between 15 - 27 december. i just recharged on BSNL NUMBER [protected] with Rs 500 and i recieve the Recharged amount on Bsnl No. when i just recharged the vodafone No. [protected] the balance gets deducted on my mobile but the amount of Rs. 500 have not been transfered till this date....

I have been making payment thru airtel.in now the payment is not accepting asking me to contact 121 on contacting from telephone they say number is incorrect where in my number is [protected].

This is regarding not refunding moneyback by airtel.I applied for new internet boradband connection (Enrollment Form-461647,NameKhushboo bangar) on 30th Jan,2013 in Ameerpet Hyderabad. We purchased Airtel Dth on 29 jan 2013, service for recharge w.e.f 28 feb 2013 is very poor in respect of online recharge. For the last 3 days complaints are being lodged but no satisfactory reply in spite of talking to executives/senior executives for more then 23 minutes at a time are so.

I took a Broadband service from airtel on the plan , Pay for five months and get a wifi free on a Broadband plan, when i got the connection the connection guy said the wifi wont be available as a firmware was not ready for my BEETEL 450TC2 WIFI Modem. I am using net connection with usb donggle in my pc since long time with my Airtel no. [protected].Usually i recharge Rs.98 for my 2G connection. But unfortunately I am not getting any connection since last recharge which was done just three days before. Always it is showing 'registering'. Sir, I am getting unwanted messages about cricket news on my mobile. These messages come from a mobile number [protected]. Please have these messages deactivated on my mobile. I called airtel on 121 and 12116, they say there is no service active on my mobile, but I still get messages about cricket news on my mobile, which I do not want. Thanks.
