Im in the army and after my posting to HQ i purchased a data card ([protected])from airtel in aug 12 from an airtel dealer in naraina , there was some problem in verification as per the consumer call center as the person who came for verification was not permitted by sentry , i also have a postpaid connection for which there was no such problem and i had informed the same to the customer care to link the same to my postpaid connection....

not delivering bills and disconnecting

internet of Rs 3000. from 14 nov. to 18 Nov

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had a talk with airtel customer care. They are telling me that, I have used Internet of Rs 3000. from 14 to 17 Nov. in just 4 days. Apart from that i got my unbilled amount sms on 19 Nov. of Rs 1800.I[censored]nbill amount on 19 nov is 1800 Rs means Airtel is miss guiding the customers.

So i called them back and asked to stop Internet connection. But they said don't worry about unbilled amount...

Not Activating MNP SIM from vodafone to Airtel in 45 days

Billing for Unused Data usage and Call

I haven't started to use that data storage.
