amount deducted for broadband connection but not installed

I have made payment for rs. 2123 on dated 11.05.2020 for installing broadband connection, although despite regular followup and exchanging emails, airtel is not giving any response. I have sent screenshot and bank statements to them showing money deduction, however, despite making extra payment for installation (Which not recovered during normal situation) they are not taking any action.

recharged but call is not going

I recharge twice in paytm but the call is not going and the amount was deducted. What can I do for that . Please make my complaint serious and solve the problem quickly.

I have done recharge of rs 45 on my number online but it is not showing up in my balance. This has been twice to me now. Look into the matter and show my balance. The recharge is done on 12 may morning and i am not getting my balance showed up. Everytime i try to call the service says that the balance is low and cuts my call.

Why am i supposed to pay 598 if all that i want is talktime?...

Please get the internet and broadband connection disconnected with immediate effect this has been told to your executive yesterday only.

I can't bear anymore and i will not pay bill if any charged for internet and broadband from 11-may-2020.

Also, it is good to note management don't respond to escalations and keep sleeping on customer emails and complaints

under warranty dth connection issue not solved since passed one & half months - please help

Dear sir,

I am one customer of your airtel dth service in w. B. Kolkata-700059 and have took the connection in december 2019 with wb value sport hd pack. Customer id is [protected]. Airtel service personal came and installed the same properly and was working very nicely.

But since the beginning of april 2020 i am facing huge issue with the airtel dth connection.in every channel picture is coming and going off...

wrong scheme recharged

Sir, actually on may 3, 2020, i have recharged mobile no. [protected]of rupees - 98 throgh paytm airtel reference no[protected] at 9:50am. By mistake, i opted recharge having unlimited internet /6gb pack in place o[censored]nlimited calls for 28 days. This recharge, i have done for my mother and she just use her mobile for calling only having simple small phone. I upgraded my hd setup box to xstream box. The same day itself noticed that the box picture quality is pathetic and not supporting the dolby sound as well. The picture is dark and a red tinge is present. I am using mi 49inch android smart tv. I checked with other amazon fire sticks and all. There no issue with the display.in box hdmi diagnostics its always showing hdr unavailable.

I had recharged on 9th may 2020 of rs 598 on my airtel number [protected]. I am using airtel number for the last 20 years and a valuable customer. But in the last few months, i was treated like a valueless customer.

amount debited but recharge not done

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 598 on 10th mat 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 598. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
