Airtel Sim showing sim is not ready yet .I tried all possible options I have to do work and depend on Airtel no. Just do something regarding this issue. It's been 3 days now nothing is happening....

On 5 may 2020 i did recharge on my airtel number [protected] with taxation id:[protected],[protected],[protected] fro airtel app.
The bill payment was initiated and amount of 448 was deducted from my bank account twice.
It is 6 may 2020 now and the amount is still not transferred back in my account
Due to lockdown situation it's kind of important...

I recharged my friend's ([protected]) airtel number with pack 379 through myairtel app and the amount is deducted from my bank account and there is no sms and and the balance is 0 in that Mobile number and we were not able to do outgoing calls....

Firstly i'm not expecting too much of a support during this corona time but ever since i applied for airtel broadband connection in chennai an year ago. The internet, telephone gets cut for atleast twice a month. Now since the last 2 months it is working only for 15mins after the technician claims that it is resolved. Again it goes down.
