I have done a recharge of 398₹ on my airtel number for which the amount has been debited but the recharge has not been done yet. I have send a mail to airtel also but nothing jas been done yet. As we all are stuck in our houses internet is the only way to connect virtually. I am suffering from airtel. Please help asap...

I have recharged on 15th April 2020.
my money got debited from my bank account but recharge is not done.
Please solve my issue...

From past 1 days the airtel dth channels are changing very frequently by it self. Remove v card clan and re insert it remove hdmi cable. But still no resolution.

Airtel set box receiver light is blinking continuously and it changes the channel.

I have removed battery from remote control but still no resolution. Try to call
Customer service centre but no use.

Problem started 14 - apr...

Recharge of ₹219 was attempted twice which is ₹438 was deducted but didn’t recharge. Please kindly reverse the money....

I did a recharge of 558 on my airtel number. I got a message from regarding the debit but my recharge got failed. And there's no update on my airtel app regarding this....

My airtel broad band modem (Binatone) is not working. Airtel landline ph no.[protected]. Though power supply is there, in modem lights are not burning and hence not working....

On 14 april I did recharge on [protected] no with aitel app I choosed phone pe for payment option. I received phone pe confirmation of deduction of amount 249. But airtel app not showing charge history and not receive recharge....

This is soubhagya rana and i have applied for airtel broadband on 1st april 2020 and paid the rent for 3months in advance. I have been told that with in 48 hours the connection will be provide.

However, the same has not been done so far i;e 15th april 2020. The worst thing is customer care and the agent who communicated for connection is not at all responding.

Now i want my money back...

I have recharged my airtel mobile number ([protected]) on 14/04/2020 for rs. 79/- but till time my recharge amount has not yet been credited. I also tried my best to communicate customer care authority of airtel but they were not give proper reply.

Therefore i request you to kindly arrange my mobile has been recharged promptly please......

Recharge not received
I have recharged my airtel no [protected] using Airtel Thanks app of pack Rs 598 with discount of rs 50. Total money paid rs 548. Recharge is done on 12 april 2020.Money has been deducted from my account. And I haven't received any recharge yet. Either please recharge my number or refund my money...

I am Airtel user since years. Currently I am working in Dubai since last 5 years. I don't use my Airtel SIM for 2-3 months but surprisingly when I put it on it's not working. I request Airtel to make my sim rework again, I cannot visit Airtel stores as I am not able to move India for couple of months....

I recharged my number with a data booster pack of rs98 at around 9 pm through paytm upi and it was successful. I even got a message from airtel showing a successfull recharge and a transection id which is[protected]. I had recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 399. Via airtel thanks app through quick pay option (Google pay), the amount had been debited but airtel app shows no transaction history and recharges not reflected on my account.
Please do the needful.
