I have posted this message on every possible forum but airtel has not replied back yet. I had done online mobile recharge on 12th of april, 2020 for rs 129 to airtel mobile no [protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the balance is not credited to my phone. The txn id is[protected] and mobile no is [protected].

Even the offer showing in airtel thanks app is a little dim than other benefits.

Sir i have recharge my airtel number on 4th april 2020 of Rs 698, my amount deducted but my transaction was failed.despite of several calls i do not get help from airtel customer care. So please resolve my issue and refund my Rs 698....

I tried to recharge my airtel number using airtel thanks app on Apr 13 2020 but the recharge failed, in addition, the balance was deducted from my account.
I want refund now, i can't contact through 121 because the option is removed i guess.
I tried to contact 121 and used all codes but i am unable to connect to a customer care executive.
