Main balance of prepaid mobile

Not granting Port Out

Address:Bhopal

I have tried multiple times (5 times in a month) for portout from airtel to vodafone, but everytime airtel is rejecting my request by saying "PORTOUT REQUEST IS REJECTED DUE TO ERROR IN AUTHORISATION LETTER" and i am assuring you that the letter is in prescribed format.

Kindly get it rectified

Difficulty in porting sim

I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
"UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
It's been two months I have been continuously contacting customer care none of them are able to provide any resolution all they do, they take time to resolve issue with in 72 hours, and giving false...

Haven't received any confirmation of my recharge

I recharged for rupees 58 today for 3gb internet and now it's been more than 6 hours I haven't received any confirmation message on my phone . I request you to solve this asap!...

No service on International Roaming

When moved to Germany the Airtel international roaming was working Fine but after 30 days the network status is showing no Service even after the International roaming recharge

Hi,

I have taken Airtel Fiber connection for Airtel. Before providing connection they had committed that they will be providing facilities of Internet (Unlimited Data), Call (Unlimited through landline), OTT platforms.

But post connect they have provided facilities of OTT for few days. And they have not provided calling facilities as they had committed through sales person.

Recharged but not received balance 7739020000

Recharged with Rs. 111 and then Rs 100 when not received the first recharge balance, Ph: [protected] both the recharges are not reflecting in my account.

The transaction is successful, despite no balance has been allotted....

Sim not working /Dubai/No network

Outstanding Bill

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

We received a wrong billing for international roaming raised in the Month of December 2021 and the same is being informed to Airtel team through mail dated 13 December 2021 and we were reminding through mails repeatedly, still the issue is not yet resolved.

I am complaining about its slow Internet speed .

I and my family are using airtel.
We are facing slow network bandwidth since years and now it's very slow even I can't send messages to anyone through whatsapp or other applications.

So I wrote a complaint request to Airtel, but I shocked after so many follow-ups I didn't get a single reply from airtel.

Broadband network Issue

I started using Airtel broadband a few months ago, and I've been using it without any problems lately. However, I have been experiencing no internet for the past five days and have filed a complaint, which has not yet been rectified. Poor service that is also not provided in a professional manner. Recharge amounts deducted recharge not received

I did recharge of amount 719 for mobile no [protected] from airtel app at 0840 hrs, Showing payment successful but didn’t received recharge. I tried to call no 1 help went to offline airtel shop they say we cant help u did recharge. Totally loting customer as we cant do aginst them....

I have cancelled the connection on 9th may 2022 but still receiving bills and calls continuously from airtel to pay the bills

I have already cancelled my connection on 9th May 2022 and have a confirmation from airtel, they claim that i have been retained but i have never received any call from airtel for retention and have never had this discussion with them. Also i am continuously being charged for a service which i am not even using and they call me everyday 4-5 times to pay the bill and email me. Please stop harassing your customers like this....

Airtel sim not working after port-in

Address:Pimpri-Chinchwad, old mumbai pune highway, near croma and reliance store.

Myself Arun Sharma, I wish to port my Vodafone (VI) sim to airtel as there service/network was good in my area as compare to vodafone.

So on 18th July 2022 I visited to my nearest Airtel store and they explain me how they will do it and how much time it will take, and so I said Okay proceed.

On 20th July 2022 I recieved a sms from airtel : We care for you! Your number [private] is scheduled for port-in to Airtel-Maharashtra...
