Broadband Bill wrongfully charged

I am a subscriber to airtel broadband and have been using its services since some time. However, due to some reason that has been told to me by 121 operator on airtel helpline, I am being levied extra charges for no particular reason at all.

Broadband Internet

Hi,

I am using broad band internet connection of Airtel company . I have joined broadband connection 3/08/2022 Every thing was working till 13/08/2022 . I have used only 10 days but it’s working fine 2 days only worst network ever
After facing this issue whole day when I called customer care not respond again again I called after that some person came again they are told problem with airtel network not installation...

No outgoing calls and sms

I have switched from Jio to Airtel few months back. Currently I'm out of India and want to use my number but not able to do that. I have sufficient balance and validity but not able to make outgoing calls and sms. I'm not able to use any upi or bank services. Kindly look into the matter as it is very urgent...

Paid money for Airtel fiber on 9th Aug 2022 but no connection has been provided

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have opted for a internet connection in my house in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. Not able to provide soft copy of the payment bill on my name

Hello,
I have recharged Airtel annual pack for my mobile on 17th July 2022 for the amount of INR 2999. So far they are not able to generate soft copy of the bill and provide it to me.

Raised a request on 30th July 2022 with complaint number CUDRR3BLR[protected], and request is closed on 9th August with no resolution.

Reset sms settings

Hello, my mobile no is [protected], I just got my ported from Jio to Airtel in hope of getting better service. Mobile Recharged but not reflecting

I recharged my phone a few days ago it has an airtel sim I got the 479₹ recharge. It was working fine yesterday but today I am unable to make calls or even use my mobile data please resolve my issue I sincerely request you. If required I have my transaction ID for the recharge also.

Airtel D2h cancellation amount 1274 not refunded

I had booked airtel d2h along with airtel fiber but due to some issue airtel d2h connection is not installed in my society building and got cancelled.

Too many calls from airtel sales team

I had enquired about Airtel DTH a month ago, and since I had a change in plans I did not go ahead with it. And since then I have been getting at least about 20 calls minimum from the customer care and it has become a torture for me. There have been multiple attempts to tell the team that I am not interested and still I get a call back. This is not the way sales work, and being such a reputed like airtel these issues have to be taken care...

Incorrect late payment charges

I have airtel mobile and broadband. In July they made a mistake of sending wrong link in broadband bill. As a result I ended up paying excess to my mobile ac instead of broadband. Airtel fooled me by saying that payment is stuck at the gateway.

After all the investigation when I realized that payment got credited to mobile instead of broadband, I reluctantly paid broadband amount.
By then due date had crossed. This goof-up...

Pos2pre migration

Postpaid to prepaid migration is denied saying 90 days not completed in postpaid account. But as per TRAI FAQs, migration from postpaid to prepaid or vice versa is allowed without any period stipulation. 90 days mandatory time period is applicable only in case of MNP ( one service provider to other) and not for postpaid to prepaid within the same network and same LSA....
