I have paid to airtel bb on 26 July and yet the connection is not installed. Local team is not responding properly. And as per them my area is too far to provide connection though they visited prior to making payment and now delaying connection.

I am a student residing in Guwahati, Assam. Few days ago, my airtel xtreme fiber connection went off. I recharged my airtel broadband fibre with Rs 9619 for 1 year in 21st November 2021, which should be valid until 21st Nov 2022.
