My address verification was done by a airtel executive last week, since then i have had 3rd temporary suspension on my phone.

Customer care at airtel are useless, can you pls help get contact from some one sensible and senior at airtel

Details - outgoing calls have been suspended
Resolution - restoration of service or full refund...

Airtel staff not responding for my glitch and even saying he will come today tomorrow as if we are ###.
This is not the way you give your customer service so please take appropriate and immediate step to slove my problem and take immediate action against that employee of yours

I previously used jio (Rs. 399 scheme) but there i faced some calling issue, i heared that airtel launched the same plan and also activated 149 scheme for 28 days (1gb/day =12 am to next 12 am+unlimited calls and 100 sms /day offer),. I have been using airtel almost 10years now. I have been complaining about the network issues near my home in btm layout. Airtle executives visited and told they cannot solve it as the signals are very low.in spite of it i was using and now they have disconnected my services as non payment of bill. My question here is if services are not provied or resolved why are they charging me for all these years and now they have disconnected my services....

Our complete office staff is using airtel mobiles with the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. Our office is in plot no. 417, industrial area phase ii, ramdarbar, chandigarh-160002. We are facing lot of problems with the network.

We request you to kindly see to it and resolve the issue otherwise we shall forcefully port our numbers to other service provider because non-availability of proper network...

I have ported my airtel postpaid karnataka number to airtel prepaid ap, since then i'm unable to recharge my number via app/website. Called customer care and got rude response irrespective of solution especially siva parvathi (Supervisior) spoke rudely and disconnected the call with out solution. I called cc morethan 20 times to get the issue fixed but not getting any response....

There is no network from past 5 days i have to switch off my phone everytime to get network and it will be there for a while. Very much dissatisfied with airtel network! As i am searching for a job, i have applied to many companies and i have given my airtel number. What if they can't reach me? Will the company be responsible for that? Not only one day network is not there from a week....

I am airtel postpaid customer. My airtel number is 759504*
My current plan is rs 99 and i have 100 local minutes and 90 std minutes free as per the existing plan. I dont have any internet plan activated in my account and neither it support any internet.

I recently applied for porting of my number [protected], but it got rejected on he basis that my connection is less than 90 days old. I recently converted from postpaid to prepaid, but my association with Airtel on same number has been for more than 3 years. I cannot make a from call a specific number since one week ago however i recieve calls from the number. Messages gets delivered instantly but whenever i make a call the company replied "you are not dialling the right number". My incoming calls has been barred on [protected] since 15th aug.
I brought to the notice of my service provider airtel but got dates from resolution as 20th, 22nd and at the earliest as the date for resolution.
With that the executives are very rude and abusive.
It is making me suffer lot of losses.
Please help me in getting it resolved and please look into my losses too....

We are running a hospital (Shanti mukand hospital) at karkardooma, new delhi and our maximum patients & employees are facing airtel network issue in our hospital from last one year. We have completed survey in entire hospital and check airtel mobile network signals strength. There are very weak single found on each floor, in fact ground floor as well. No one can do a single call via airtel mobile network.

We are residents of Bangalore, Avalahalli main road, 11th main, 6th cross, Raghavendra Block.The area is purely residential area of many houses in a single building throughout the area .Inspite of multiple times opposition by all the residents, almost 30 to 40 houses, the tower installation is still going on stage by stage everyday. The installation is happened when during working hours when nobody is home.Kindly take up the issue...

I recently ported my number to Airtel after being influenced with their advertisement for India's fastest network but in reality Airtel doesn't even have range to receive or make calls.
I tried reaching their customer service but no assistance provided and the respresentative was arrogant. I'll have to vare this useless network services before porting my number to the before one....

A fraud conducted by airtel representative. He collected online payment of rs. 4314 on 10/08/2018 against txn no.[protected] and caf no. Given which is already under use 11214847.
We exchanged our documents through whatsapp +91 [protected]
Till date no refund initiated despite of repeated request.

If caf number given is incorrect / already in use by mr. Jain how can i apply online refund…...

On 22/08/2018 at 3:45pm a caller by the no [protected] claimed himself a an airtel officer and has asked me my personal details like name, acount details and so on, when i refused he started abusing me. When i called back and asked the reason of abuses and his reasons of calling he just reafused and said he wanted to tell me about some rewards and all and then he transferred the call to his supervisor and hanged me for a long.
