Ported from idea to airtel. Got confirmation porting-in to airtel will happen at 11:50. Idea got disconnected. But airtel is not activated leaving me with no mobile. I can't recharge my mobile number online for almost two months now. Every time i try to recharge it comes as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. However, i am able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I had approached airtel express shop twice with the issue and lodged a complaint. I even had emailed to to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should i approach again with the issue....

Airtel internet tv new connections are by default provided with faulty remotes!
Case in point - this is the 2nd time in the last 6 months that i have raised a complaint for faulty remote. This time around the customer care rep told me that the remote will have to be replaced and the charges will be rs.150.

Airtel Postpaid,

I have purchased Airtel Plan for 6 moths data connection with airtel hotpots in December 2017.
Airtel executive told me you are eligible for 6 months Data plan with 35 GB per month by paying cost of RS 3000 including 6 months rental and hotpots device.

Aitel called me in middle of rental period and told me to pay of RS. 450 which is the tax you have to pay, this was not told by Airtel...

Date of incident : 18/08/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 99 for unlimited talktme. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same....

Airtel online store is a fraud. Airtel has stoooed so low now to fraudulent activities and is cheating hundreds of innocent custimers in the name of online sales of mobile phones from different brands. Government should take note of it and the mobile phone companies whose handsets are displayed for sale by airtel online should also take legal actions against this fraud....

I am using airtel cellular phone service for last four years, but now a days when try to make a call i am hearing a sweet voice telling that "all the lines in this route are currently busy". I already given so many complaints about this issue in airtel but no response. According to the trai regulation (If am wrong kindly correct me) i don't think it is acceptable and i am ending up in wasting just trying....

I had made a recharge of rs 349 through airtel mobile application using upi. The amount has been debited from my account and has been credited to airtel account. I recharged airtel no.[protected] for rs. 99 on[protected] through airtel
Website by debit card. The amount rs 99 was debited from my account but airtel no. [protected] was not recharged and the amount was not refunded till today. Your services are very very poor. Kindly refund rs.. 99 in to my account soon.

Hi team,

I've been getting multiple calls from airtel agents offering me many plans.
Even after ignoring them multiple times still im getting calls from the same. Please look into the concern. Almost getting 10 calls a day. I will be raising a petition if this is not stopped. On two of the below numbers getting the calls.

Hi team,
I have been getting multiple calls from airtel customer agents regarding airtel offers and all. I've given them feedback stating not interested to take there offers or not interested in there packages. Please look into this. I don't want them calling me every day 10 times atleast. Please black the caller. I will put a petition if calls wont stop....

I have recharged online Rs.99 on 17-Aug-2018 at 9.32 AM IST but it is failed. Amount deducted from my bank account (HDFC).

My another recharge on the same day for Rs.99 is successful but the failed transaction amount is not refunded to my bank account.

I have recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] on 14th june 2018 448 pack. The amount have been deducted from my credit card account but the recharge was not done. So many times i talked to airtel customer care but till now i did not get my recharged amount back.

Till date there is no information about the status of the recharge.
So please check and return my recharged amount back...

My sim no.[protected] is not yet given permission to port to other network, i on 30/07/2018 made a massage to change the port of my above sim no. and you issue the massage about the port code is AZ-585881 and validity for 11 august 2018. please permission of port the number may kindly be granted....

I was using Airtel Prepaid number [protected] until i left to Europe for a year however as soon as i got back i am seeing someone else is using my number without any information how can you guys do this.

I have all my bank information linked to that number i would need that number back...
