DTH Relocation Issue

I have raised a request to relocate my Airtel DTH within premises as first time the engineer who came to install, installed in wrong place and now very frequently there is improper signal so i was advised by one of the engineer who came to check the issue for error in channels to raise a new request for relocation. I raised it and its been 4 days now 2 engineers have been changed but none called and i have tried following up with Airtel black...

Recharge not reflected of rs 148/-

I have done a recharge for 15GB data worth 148/- on 29/06/2022 at 04:02 PM. The money got debited from my account but recharge hasn't reflected.

Broad Band-issue

This is to inform you that last year on 14aug2021 i have taken 1 year plan of 200MBPS and it is valid till 13aug2022. In april month 2022 i shifted to chennai and on 22april-2022 i requested airtel to shift my location from faridabad to chennai.In may end i received bill of rs1375.64/- i paid same.

At that time i didnot notice because i have full faith on airtel that they cannot do any thing wrong. But in jun month i again...

Outage and no internet service for 15 days.

Address:Hyderabad

Broadband internet disconnected for 15 days in every billing cycle. All customer care calls go to ivr that says that engineers are working to fix it. No service request number provided. No way to reach an agent from the IVR.

Cannot raise a complaint, cannot reach out to any representative, no way to get a refund or get internet to work....

Airtel buy cheap modems and to replace they charge customers

I use airtel landline from 2015 and i am very sorry to say the service is very poor. I dont have other network support here to opt out and thats the reason i am still continuing. Two months before my broadband stopped working for which i raised a complaint and they said some cable was cut near my area and will be resolved ASAP. Invalid number for outgoing calls

Number details mismatch

Hi Sir,
I have been using Airtel Sim card since 2017 and i have a postpaid connection on number [protected].
On 6th june 2022 in morning suddenly my number stopped working then i immediately went to Airtel store for help. Then they told that its a normal sim failure dont worry and they offered me new SIM after taking my ID card and my picture and told me that the number will be activated in 4 hours.
Since 6 hours went...

Charging higher than the plan cost

We are paying 999 unlimited internet connection, for this plan Airtel is supposed to provide 200 Mbps speed internet connection, but they are providing 40Mbps of speed only. When we called them before they sent technician and changed the new router but no change in speed, few days before we sent am email they have replied this:
we have already changed your bill plan from Airtel-UL-Zoom 999 Unlimited GB (40Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan...

Unauthorised Internet pole in front of the house

There is an internet pole planted in front of the house. This is done without our permission when we were not at the house. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and have completely eaten up the parking space. The pole has also become a hub of a lot of wires mostly local tv cables causing a complete mess. Please help in getting it removed.

Mistakenly recharge done on incorrect contact number

I have done recharge on 25th June of amount 719₹ and 455₹ however I wanted to recharge ₹455 on another no. How can I transfer my recharge to Correct number. Service Provider is Airtel. Also I tried calling to customer care using 198 but no option found in IVR to speak with Customer care agent....

I have used three numbers for post paid under some family scheme. I had cleared all the dues and requested to change all the my numbers to Prepaid. I had to go to customer care at Airtel JNTU Hyderabad and Airtel KPHB. Airtel got tricked, Changed only two numbers and then charged me Rs: 1178.82. Airtel has explored wrong way to trick customer and charge extra amount. Resolve it immediately...

Late fee charged is unethical

I have been using airtel postpaid for 5+ years. Just for paying the bill one day later I have to pay 100 rs late fee. This is looting people of their hard earned money. Why trai has not looked into this issue....

Call Barred by itself and not getting deactivated

My airtel mobile [protected] was working fine when i came in saudi arabia in Dec 2021, i was always making recharge on this no. to keep my no. activated and working but since 3 month when i making call from this no. always showing call barred while making call. i tried to make it deactivated but can't. Fastag unauthorized transaction

There is a 4th unauthorized transaction on my Airtel FAST TAG without me/my car crossing the Toll Plaza since Nov'21. Rather everytime my car was at home when this unauthorized transactions happened. I have reported the issue multiple times through call/email/social media but it went to deaf ears. They are not ready to take any action...

Amount deducted still says not recharged

Yesterday, I have recharged my airtel sim ([protected]) number for 455 rupees through credit card. The amount has been debited still it says plan validity expired. I can't able to make outgoing calls. Also, there is no proper help line number to speak with customer care executive.
