I was in west Bengal Sikkim, INDIA on 31 St may & 1st June 2022 but Airtel charge me international roaming charge of 499 + gst where as I m in India only...I have complaint many times on call & email but not resolved yet....

I have made a recharge of 98 Rs for my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel wallet money. The money was debited but the recharge was not done. This happened on 4th June 2022. I have been asked to contact the Airtel customer care and payments Bank customer care again and again. No resolution provided till now...

Airtel is not refunding my 3004 rs which I have paid to Airtel payment bank for the activation of Xtream Fibre in my house ...But due to feasibility issue the request is cancelled from the Airtel end... Airtel has messaged me that the refund amount will be initiated soon but it has been 20 days ...they have not refunded my money ...Request was cancelled on 31st May and till now(19th june) no refund has been made ...I have mail them at [protected]@airtel.com...

Airtel Prepaid New Connection.

I had wanted a new prepaid mobile connection and so I applied for one through the website of Airtel on 14 June 2022.

I had supplied all those info/filled up all those columns as required.

I got a prompt reply as well stating that my ref. no. is : 41-[protected].

On 29 may i recharged my Airtel number amounted 2879 rs. through Airtel payment app. Money was debited from my bank account but i didn't received the recharge. Following this i complaint to airtel payment banks. But I was informed that recharge was done from their end. So I have to contact my service provider. I contacted airtel customer care and they are of no help....

I want to stop ebill services on my number and update email [protected]@gmail.com and also change the password of ebill because it is used by the third person...

Hi I am from Mumbai and today i updated my iphone to ios 15.5. And, I have tried all the possible methods to activate imessage and facetime on my iPhone 11 but its not getting activated. Airtel has changed the payment due date suddenly. Instead of 18 days credit days they have been reduced to 10 days without one month's notice information. That is a misleading act by Air tel to their customer. Instead of the 24th of this month now it 16th of every month.
Rs.100 penalties for a one-day delay. The majority of post-paid customers who used to pay on or before the 24th definitely missed the new date and paid Rs 100 late...
