Received many calls of airtel dth

Once i had searched about airtel dtc on airtel app but i Dont want any subscription i only searched once but after that i received unlimited calls from that airtel service daily . I m getting disturbed at my work, i received calls from different different no of airtel dtc. I m really getting frustrated and disturbed. Please solve my problem...

Replacement of SIM on International Roaming

Dear Sir,

I need replacement of a SIM pertains to my roaming connection # [protected] due non-connectivity and subsequently it has lost irrecoverably. Being an NRI (with family), it was advised by sent my nephew with all documents to airtel main office (opp. Cherupushpum Church) in Elamkulam, Ernakulam-682020 in Kerala.

But with rejected my request with some silly reasons.

No confirming the Security deposit

Net not working with fibre optic broadband

Reference to my complaint no: [protected] lodged on 29th May 2022 it is to inform that the Net is not working since that date. On calling customer care IVR message says "will be resolved in 48 hours" for the last 4 days. This is in reference to Broadband ID:[protected]_dsl. It is unfortunate that we are not updated on the progress if at all....

I have a mobile [protected] in Washinton DC, USA area. Once every two weeks, used to turn the phone on, and make a call/receive messages from India. But Since April 2022, I don't see any messages. I can't do any bank transaction as I can't receive OTP using the air-tel messaging service....

For closing my internet broadband connection

I need to closed my broadband connection in my office due to office shifting. I had already call on customer care number and sent a mail on support id 4 to 5 times as per telephonic conversation. But their are always give same answer that our support team will contact you within 2 hours. Today is the 6 day completed but not a single person will contact me for closed my request.

Airtel fiber not working since 19 th april

Good day,
I am writing this mail regarding the issue i am facing with airtel fiber connection
My connection is down since 19 th april and still there is no progress in my case i am calling coustmer care again and again they we will revert with 24 hrs
But all efforts goes in Vain
I want Either restore my connection or refund my money
I have paid for the services which i am not getting
I feel trapped...

Sim replacement and activation Issue

Airtel broadband charge monthly rental even after my 6 months plan was expired

Hello,
I am Abhi Makadiya. I buy airtel xstream broadband 40 Mbps connection for 6 months. And I paid 499 rs + GST in advance before i start plan. My registration number is [protected].

After completion of 6 months i disconnect airtel router and my connection is no longer in use And thought this will terminate automatically. Because their policy is to take payment advance and resume plans.

Unable to avail recharge services

I had made a recharge on 5th June on my airtel number, of Rs 265 via UPI. The amount got deducted from my account. I recieved confirmation SMS with the Order Id:[protected]. However, it has been 2 days and I am still unable to avail the services I paid for i.e., make call or use data pack.

Issues of duplicate Sim activation

This is Rajeev kumar, with mobile number [protected]. I replaced sim Card on Jun4th around 11 Am. (Airtel store maim road kakinada) . They said that sim will be activated with in 4hrs . Until now the sim was not activated. All my bank transaction related issues are interlinked with my mobile .

Plz take action as soon as possible. It has been more than 24 hrs and the sim was not yet activated.

On 4-June- 2022 I lost my keypad phone which has airtel sim when I reached airtel store they told me to bring required documents as I agree to do but the new sim will be in postpaid option for 4months starts with minimum package of 499rs, this is totally a cruel thing by airtel service provider how can a lower middle class people afford rs 500 a month for 4months please change this process and I request you to give a prepaid new sim....

I am a customer of airtel black. I am not able to access my internet properly means after every 5-6 hour, I need to restart my mobile to continue access the internet. I have raise the complain to airtel customer care 3 times with 3 different ticket .every time they close the ticket without even consult to me. even they have not tried to connect to me even a single time.
