I am a customer of airtel black. I am not able to access my internet properly means after every 5-6 hour, I need to restart my mobile to continue access the internet. I have raise the complain to airtel customer care 3 times with 3 different ticket .every time they close the ticket without even consult to me. even they have not tried to connect to me even a single time.
This is how to resolve their ticket to making fool and frustrate...

Need static IP for my router by Airtel service provider

I raised a ticket in airtel regarding static IP on 26-may-2022. Actually, I need static IP for my broadband connection so I called the Airtel helpline number. They said me to wait 72 hours to get a static IP. So, I waited for 72 hours but didn't get any response from Airtel. So, I again called them and tell them what is the update of my ticket they again told me the thing that you exceeded your time limit so we again generate a new ticket...

Broadband not activated from 2 weeks

I opted for a broadband connection on 20th May. But till today it is not activated. I have called 121 at least 60+ times but they just don't care. Even the technical team is of no help.
I have mailed them also. Neither you are refunding the installation amount nor you are activating.
I always get a template response that, the request is in progress. When I will have connection activated?...

Not replacing SIM

I am outside India and I have Airtel sim registered for OTP. One fine day it stopped working all of a sudden. After chasing and talking to Airtel support they said the sim gone bad. Really? All of a sudden? In any case they said I have to be in person to get a new sim. Again really? You want me to spend thousands of rupees to come and show my face to get a stupid sim? Then they asked for documents and we sent all. Then they asked someone...

Last 2 Months Missed call No

Fiber connection and service is pathetic

I owned an airtel fiber connection i Amravati city Maharashtra 444604 for the last 2 years in a month for almost 10 to 15 days the connection is out of service, when we try to call customer care, every time they have only one line to say "sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on your request, we will resolve your request within 48 to 72 hours, our engineer will visit at your place in a given time"
but no such engineer came ever...

Airtel SIM - Registered under someone else

My Airtel SIM seems to be registered under someone else. Therefore I keep receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted messages of transactions from OLA or SBI which is really annoying. I would be grateful if this can be resolved....

Invalid IR Data Usage Charges

I have been an Airtel user for more than 10 years and suddenly I am being unreasonably charged for Mobile Data for the past 2 months. I stay in Singapore and I only use my mobile to access SMS for Netbanking.

I have never switched on the Mobile data but I getting charged everyday for the past 2 months.

I contacted Airtel support many times over the past 2 months month but unfortunately the billing team claims...

Recharge amount is not reflecting

Dear Team,

I have recharged my no. [protected] on May 1st 2022 of Rs. 455 and also recharged with Rs.99 on June 3rd 2022 via GPay

Once i checked with gpay team there it is showing amount is credited to respected number but still it is not updated in my airtel number([protected]).

So kindly look into this issue and give me the solution as soon as possible.

I beg to say that my name is kayamuddin. I did shopping on amazon on 23rd May of 2022. my order was telling pending So, I cancell it.

I talk to amazon due to non-refund amazon said that your money did not come talk to bank the bank said that your money has become sucessfull to amazon.

Airtel Xstream Fiber

I have taken airtel fiber 799 plan which is 100 mbps and i had taken for 3 months advanced rental but after 1 month i had taken static ip and it was given to me after 1 month and after that by upload speed became only 10 mbps instead of 100 . since then i have been calling customer care but they never bother to resolve it . everytime i call customer care they raise a complain and close it from the backend team without my permision . i had...

No one contacting me for over 4 days

My Internet services were down is NOT my concern. It does happen sometimes due to factors beyond our control.
However, after raising an SR no one contacting me for over 4 days & SR remaining OPEN for so long is a concern.
You indicated that SR gets closed automatically after 15 days. This does not help because if I face a new issue in those 15 days while previous SR is OPEN in your system, I will not be allowed to open another...

I am a subscriber of AirTel broadband connection. I migrated from Orange. More than a week ago there was a big storm in Nagpur. The cables had snapped. Since then the internet connectivity has not been restored. The Consumer Care on enquiry keeps sending messages, initially it was pacifying by saying "within next 4 to 6 hours". Now it mentions 48 hours. But no action. How long...how long should one endure this callous attitude....

Not able use Data pack if we recharge separately

Data Balance is 3.8GB and When I do Personal Hot Spot / Sharing
Then I will get a message that internet is not connected.

So I am not able to use my Data.

1I have tried to call Customer Care - No option to complaint / raise a request or speak to the person
2 I am not able to register my email id
3 Not able report complaint any where....

Wrong number recharge reversing

I accidently recharged the wrong number. I had called customer care but no response, sent an email and text message which included information such as right number, wrong number, amount, transaction id.

Please help me clear the issue soon....

Lost Rs 1500.00

On 10th May at about 8:15 am I recharged my DTH for Rs 1500 by net banking (Axis Bank)
I received massage PAYMENT RECEIVED from PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD,
it's neither recharged my DTH Airtel connection nor refunded,
Please help me finding my Rs 1500/-
