Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 199 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I hve balance of rs217. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 199 and cant be activated with mobile balance.in fact they have told me to use it via calling. Why should i spend money in calling when there are lots o[censored]nlimited calling plans with data are available.. How ridiculous this suggetion is.....

Such a worst experience i have with airtel... I turned on my internet at 11.20pm and was on a call from 11.30pm to 12.05am when the call ended.. My village name is nidigatla, and it's in andhra pradesh state. I have given so many complaints on 2g coverage on open network still those complaints are not resolved and our village is low coverage 2g area i. E., on outdoor or outside of the house on keypad mobiles only showing 2 points and on android mobiles only showing 3 to 4 points and on indoor or inside of the house on keypad mobiles only showing 0 to 1 point and on android mobiles...

Airtel call operators are not giving respect to customers and when there is no main balance or internet balance they are not taking complaint request about network coverage and they are saying nonsense matter. For example in my village 2g coverage is low and i said take the complaint solve the complaint but they are saying once check your sim on airtel store or you have no main or internet balance on phone kindly recharge it after call me....

On 8-2-2018, at 12:07 &1:15 2 packs got activated without our consent & deducted rs150 & rs 5.00 from our airtel number respectively. We want refund as soon as possible of both the unwanted deductions we faced or else we will opt port for which you had already given a unique code that is ad888252. It's been so long since i've ported my aircel sim to airtel. Still i can't connect to the tele verification number which is 59059. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. Airtel is purposefully not allowing users to go to "vodafone.in", website of a rival service provider. They do it by not providing DNS records for that website.
Furthermore, they do this only for their mobile internet service as mobile phone users can't change the DNS settings. Making this restriction very hard to bypass. Where is net neutrality in this.?...

Previously I was using Vodafone in December 2017 I port my number to airtel. And this is my biggest mistake that I chosen airtel. False statement given by airtel that it is largest network.

Complaint is about my personal mobile not the one mentioned above.in aug i have asked them to put in safe custody. So they asked me to clear the previous bill plus pay the safe custody charges. Paid the same + safe custtody charges + 6 months (50*6). All this paid upfront. So safe custody done.in aug end i wanted to take it back from safe custody due to some personal reasons. Since shifting to uae, i am unable to make payments because the airtel online and mobile payment portal does not work.

While airtel does not resolve the issue, it harasses the india based senior citizen family members by calling for payments. They even said they will send people to the doorstep to collect the cheque payment.

If they do so, we shall have no recourse but to make a police complaint against whoever...

On 2nd december 2017 i converted it postpaid to prepaid with paid all the outstanding ammount by using netbanking at devidas airtel pimple saudagar pune.
My outstanding amount is 640/- rs but same time my account debited two times. (640 + 640 = 1240 rs)
