I had purchased a pair of shoes from limeroad, but since it didnt fit me, i had asked limeroad for a return and refund. i had mailed them, called them multiple times and its been more than 21 days, and still they didnt arrange for pick up. everytime i call they say they are sorry and the matter will be resolved within the next couple of days, but till date the shoes are lying with me. please help....

Hi, This is with regards to the online shopping i have done via Limeroad. I had requested for 6 items to be picked up back as i wasnt satisfied with the products. Its been 20 days and this company has taken a slow action in arranging for a reverse pickup and i dont see any fast action taken to have all the items picked. Due to which my refund is still pending. Around 6K is the reimbursement amount i am looking forward. Kindly advice...
