I have given order online aap of metmeds on dt. 06/10/22 . Order ID is[protected]A and netmeds given delivery date is 10/10/22 to 11/10/22 but it has not delivered still yet (21/10/22) . So i am complaining more time but did not taken any action on it they continuously lie to me they keep telling me that they have cancel the order and initiated the refund and they asked me to wait for 24 hours after 24 hours I call them back they repeat...

Refund my money...

I ordered a product form netmeds. Delivery boy didn't deliver my product and now delivery status is showing "FailedDelivery".

I placed an order on 02 oct 2022 of 6 medicines of Rs. 1148.30 which came in two parts out of one parts order ID[protected]AS01, it contains 5 no.s of medicines, received on 06 oct 2022 out of which two medicines are damaged half of it spilled. i complaint about it and they reverse back there 02 medicines which is amount Rs. 522.75 (Dr william Guaiacum is Rs. 433.50 and urtica urens is Rs.89.25) but already so many days passed and...

So i am complaining here to take strict account against metmeds.because patient needs tablets within time period...

I ordered a medicine on Oct 13, 2022 but order was declined and money has been deducted from Google Pay.

They are not giving proper response to the complaint raised. They are neither ready to pick up the product and deliver my ordered goods not refund the money. They are just killing time. There helpline is useless as it provide no help and complaint by email is ineffective as they reply after 1 day and just say they are sorry but do nothing after that. It had...

This is surprising, when I placed the order, it was showing that the delivery by 18th September.

Till date no delivery and even no message or phone call for late delivery information and When I called up on 18th Sept, I got a dull response from the executive as he was doing favour to me.

What will person do with discount if he does not...

This is to bring into your notice that i had ordered medicine from netmed app on[protected] vide order no[protected]a which was supposed to be delivered by[protected], but till today the same has not been delivered.kindly note that the medicine is for heart patient and are very much important and urgent .If the same is not delivered than i shall lodge civil suit against the company as its about some one health matter this may be treated...
