My earlier complaint in regards to not cooling of dee freezer. No. Of e. Mails and reminders given to the blue star company but company is not responding even though they are refusing to replace the system. I am sorry to say its very bed experience with the company. It is very reputed company in india and abroad also. But after sales service is very poor. You can not do it if your machine is defective. Company is always say that our product is very good. Customer is our god before buy the machine but after who are you? I can not recommend that you buy the blue star product.
We purchased this dee freezer model no. Chf 500a vide bill no. 562 dt.01/05/2017 from m/s ankur oil and refrigerator, darya ganj, delhi. Was this information helpful? |
