Aaj Tak — I'm complaining about gionee.

I manish gupta @[protected] from bilaspur chhattisgarh. I buyed gionee f103 pro on 23/04/17 and it got dead on 16/11/17. I contacted customer service centre there they didn't gave me a receipt of taking mobile. On17/11/2017 they told the motherboard is shorted and would charge me rs 5000 if repaired. Thereafter i contacted and mailed toll free, they reverted me within 24 hours issue will be resolved. No actions have been performed till 26/11/2017. I have logged a complaint @national consumer helpline ref no 523286 on 29/11/2017. I have every evidence against them. Now they agreed to repair my phone and they want time till 13/12/2017. Till that i will file a case against gionee at bilaspur consmr forum. I want anjana mam should enquire ma case she believes in power of words and i believe mam.
