Dear sir i have purchased a religare mediclaim policy.in the month of october 2017 i was suffered with dengue fever and due to that i had hospitalised in seven days. This hospital is near to my house but not cashless so before admit i asked to religare customer care in this matter what should i do then she told me no problem first you will have to pay the charges after that submit all documents and get your reimbursement. Respected sir after submitted all over the documents and queries on 01/12/2017 they sent me rejection letter that your reimbursement has rejected. I tried many times to talk to senior persons or claim teams but no body come on line.
What should i do, i have no way...
