One year back I kept my gold two rings and a chain against gold loan at mannapuram gold loan branch, last month I repaid my loan amount and got my gold back and I wore one ring in one finger. I noticed the ring a trim line which I thought to be accidentally done myself befor keeping it for loan. But today when I wore the second ring..I noticed the same and two sides of the ring.. it’s clearly visible that it’s not accidental but intentionally done to starch gold from it.. same scratches can’t be coincident. It’s clearly theft of my gold.
Assume if they scratch gold equal to nail from every ornament.. they will collect enough gold which will far valuable than the interest they get from customer.
