SUSPECTING FRAUD AND SO MUCH MONEY LOST THERE

Unable to Redeem my amount from Ace2thee

Hello, I have accidentally purchased Rs10000 instead of Rs1000 in ace2three. When i am trying to redeem the amount its showing redeemable balance is not sufficient. However when i spoke to customer care they are saying it cannot be redeemable only winnings can be transferred. I have asked my money to send back to my credit card. Even they are saying its against the policy, T&C, etc... They are insisting me to play for Rs10000...

Payment reversal

Hi
I have made 2 transactions on 25 & 26th aug 2012 by using my credit card in which only one transaction is successful as per the my credit card statement. Then after I requested ace2theree.com to reverse my transaction to my account . But they requested address proof, pan card and bank statement.

I don't know why ace2three.com is asking these details, when I joined as a member they haven't asked any scanned...

They are professional cheaters. they charge 12% commission still they are not satisfied with their commission. they cheat all the players.
