This is to your kind notice, I am informing that I have applied for Adani Gas connection in August 2021 for my residence - A-401, MVN Athens society SIhi Gate Road, Sector-1 Ballabgarh -121004. The cheque was cleared on the 27th August. Customer ID: [protected].

After the installation in our society, I wasnt sure why my place never received the connection. Later I started following up after 28th November and raised two complaints, with no SLA of the response time i was told it will be taken care off. Because Adani is a renowned brand, I trusted on the customer service and waited till 15 December. When I called again and asked for the supervisors reaction on call as the executive was not able to give me a date by which the installation would happen. On forcing the executive, I was able to get a date of 30 December 2021. and I specifically took the year because i wanted to be sure that their are no delays. After 31 December 2021, I lost all my hopes and in eagerness to get the connection. I was ready to pay again. And hence I requested Bhawna (working with David- not the real name) she came as a representative of Adani, for the application. On listening to everything, she initially shared few numbers, and later when we called the customer service and got the status of the complaint to be open. Asked Bhawna for the plan of action. We asked her to raise the refund to which she rudely denied and said we can do anything what we want. We were quite annoyed on her behavior and hence told her that we might need to complain, to which she said go wherever you want to.

To all this my Question to the entire management is,
1) A renowned brand has people who does not know how to behave.
2) They are spoiling the image of the company.
3) Customer service has no information, so customer care is not the motive.
4) Is the company just taking payments and not providing services. Are they in some kind of fund crisis.?
5) whats the SLA for any complaint?

Request your support to take necessary actions against the staff working in Adani Gas office. Because if the customer is not getting the service for which they paid, than this is like fraud getting done from a Big Brand.

Still looking forward for the installation and to hear from Adani.

    Refund not process

    i had already submitted refund form ar your ahmedabad office bcoz your connection not possible at my home as per your engineer team.but till time my refund not processed & today i had contact your customer care they told me refund already given but i m not received in my account.

    Pls do the needful as soon as possible...

    I applied for installation of a piped gas connection at my home on 22nd. Sep. 2021 along with remittance of due amount of Rs. 5618/- vide cheque no. 791916. The amount was duly debited from my bank account against the said cheque on 27th. Oct. 20121 but there is no installation done so far. I have repeatedly contacted the company's customer care but to no avail except that I now have an id (application) & complaint no. as [protected] & C[protected] respectively. Secondly, they have also messed up by recording a wrong name as Rajesh Kumar Sharma against my application instead of Rajesh Kumar Juneja.
    I am a 76 years plus senior citizen being subjected to huge frustration as whenever I speak to their Executives, they give me another contact number to do this chasing that chasing. I am totally fed up and not interested in the connection any more. Shall much appreciate to have my application money of Rs. 5618 back to me and rightfully with 9% interest too.

        Sir,
        I had requested to reconnect the gas connection of flat 21/8, block 21, chandigarh because of that we didn't take food for two days .We didn't receive any prior notice for connection cut of gas.Our bank of india flat 21/8, 21/7A & 20/3 paid the outstanding and reconnection additional charge 590 paid at block 20 & 21 but connection is not done right now.I request to you please reconnect the gas connection as soon as possible.

              Here i am writing you a application for The new Adani Gas line connection at my new place.

              I have applied for the new Gas connection as on 9th March 2021. And deposited amount of Rs. 7016 cheque no 331571 cheque clearing date 17th March 2021. Application number is 767592.

              I have taking constant follow up for the same more than 60 calls. Your customer executive does not given proper answer. So here by i am writing you for the written answer reasoning the delayed in procedure.

              Has your company has committed that after clearance of the cheque within 3 month the service will be provided. And as per your terms you have provided your service one of your customer who is living next to me having new gas line connection.
              Than what is the reason for the delay at my place.??
              What will pay my interest cost of Rs 7016 for 11 month???
              Is this your service??!!

                      Dear sir, I am the consumer of adani piped gas limited domistic. My customer id [protected]. I am doubtful on my bill charges 627 Rs because last month I used gass only 5 days and I am only single person.whille next to me a joint family lived and his bill charges more lees than me only 251 Rs. my doubt that my gass pipe line may be leake, So please solved this as soon as possible. Thank you

                        We have Adani piped GAs connection. Our Customer ID is [protected]. my connection pipe has very high corrosion. Due to corrosion pipe has very high chance of gas leakage. In this regards, we had approached customer care Adani. Our complaint reference no. R[protected].Supervisor from Adani came to visit site. He said" Pipe can only be changed if leakage in pipe already there, we (company) will not change pipe due to excessive corrasion/junk."

                        Mean do we to wait till leakage of gas happened? Who will be responsible if accident due to that junk pipe happened? Company must replace pipe. Company must take proactive approach.

                          This is to inform you that I was out of India from 10 Dec 2020 to 16 Nov 2021 and the gas was not used, But today one of your employee came to our house to cut the connection without any prior information as well as he provided the bill amount of 5157.So, i paid the bill amount and i request to resume the connection as soon as possible.
                          Also, as i am not using your connection so the bill that i paid is not correct, Can you please correct my bill amount and for your reference i am attaching the current meter reading for your reference.

                            Application and payment through cheque was taken by representative of Adani Gas Ltd three years ago for new piped gas connection. Pipe was laid through our locality in padamugal, kakkanad PO, Kochi, Kerala and connections were given to neighbouring households last month. But Our house was not connected. Inquiries with the person concerned yielded no satisfactory answer. Meanwhile the installation team left the place without notice.

                                Hello,

                                I applied for new connection on 24th July 2021, its been 3 months no one visited my place. I have filed complaint on 25th Sep 2021 but yet no solution regarding same. Complaint No:C[protected].

                                I called many times to customer cares but no response on same and making fake promises. On my last call your representative promised to arrange a visit and connection will start on 23rd Oct 2021. I hope you guys have calendar if not then you can buy from my deposit amount.

                                I am afraid that if such an amazing service you provide before we start then what would happen when I obtain your service.

                                I think you deserve an award for world class pre sales service in this regard.

                                Awaiting your reply if you guys have time.

                                  We are facing the problem from Adani gas for not providing Cash payment options from next month, our bank and online accounts have been hacked before and we don't trust to use online accounts anymore and govt/private companies too are using cash collection for old age retirees since they are not net savvy or comfortable sharing their account details online. Please ask Adani gas to make Cash collection center for people like us or its breach of contract on their side not letting us pay through cash and can be sued for the same when all other companies allow us to pay by cash.

                                    I have one kichen pipe gas connection on my name now, I want to take another connection at my service kitchen.I have submitted application with one index copy of my original when I buy my house that time my mother and me both partners of my house, then after death of my mother in 2016,
                                    My brother has been partner insted of my mother.
                                    We make agreement dastavej as per law, and I also submitted second Index too with application also I submitted Socity shares ceritificate with application but still lady staff at counter no 1, she also talk with me very bad behaviour and refused and rejected verbally at reception desk of your Drive In brach I visited there at around 2.00 pm, 28/09/21 so I expect proper guidance and resole my problem as soon as possible

                                      I have fuel CNG yesterday in my car at mentioned addressed. I have doubt they have some setting in meter because i have Chevy spark with 10kg cng tank and when i fuel cng i got 10.13 kg cng gas in my car. so i want to know how it is possible to fuel over 10 kg in tank.

                                      Request you to please provide inspection Team on petrol pump. i have Invoice and screenshot photo for fuel cng.
