[Resolved]  Adidas — Refund not received

I am writing this to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my recent order with Order AIN04818953. The order was returned and the process was done on 4th December. Its has been 14 days (2 weeks) and I have not yet got any refund for the order. I am only receiving an auto generated mail. According to the mail my case reference number is 66382770. On calling the customer service they say the refund will be done in 2 day, but I still have not received any link.

After posting my complain here . I received my refund. adidas send me the payu link. and the amount was credited to me. thank you.
