More than a month ago, I have paid for a term insurance policy for my brother through policy bazaar.com (eQuote Number[protected]. Medical check up was conducted within three-four days and I was suggested to submit some documents. I did that and then faced the real condition, real work culture of this company. We are yet to receive the policy. This company doesn't have any follow up culture after receiving money. They do not bother to inform customer about status of process. They don't bother to follow up, whether they receive the things or not. Till now, at least 20 times I have called their office but only for a single instance, got a call back. I did everything with utmost ergency whenever something was asked to submit, even when additional payment imposed by them. Let my five thousand ruppes to go to hell. I would like to suggest everybody, not to purchase policy from this company. They simply don't understand the importance of a term policy for a person and his family and they are unable to realise the importance of this kind of thing. If this is their attitude to finalize and issuing a policy, then just can't imagine how they will harass people if there would have been any real emergency, a real mishap ! This company, I feel, just not up to the standard to do business in Life Insurance... I'm really ashemed of my own selection and decision to purchase this policy from Aegon Religare.
