Aegon Religare — Delay in refund of surrendered policy

I had discontinued my insurance policy with Aegon religare/life. The refund was due in January this year. First I was informed that refund will be credited in my account in 10working days from completion of lockin period. Since two months I am followingup and every time I get information that refund is in process and commitment of transfer within few days. Its really painful experience.
