I had paid the premium amount of Rs99997 on 30th Jan'15 through my credit card(on 30th January'15) for a policy that i purchased through "AEGON Religare", details as below:
Policy/proposal number:[protected]
Date payment made : 30th January 2015(FYR attached please find a copy of the Credit card receipt/acknowledgement received from AEGON Religare)
Date letter received : A letter was sent to me was dated 12th Feb'2015 and mentioned that the policy was not processed due to some internal underwriter issues within the company and the premium amount paid will be refunded through my credit card
Date received SMS for the refund of the premium : 13th February 2015
" Dear AEGON Religare customer the premium amount of Rs99997 will be refunded via credit card" (SNAPSHOT OF THE MESSAGE ATTACHED)
Please note that the amount of Rs99997 is already debited from my credit card 36 days back already and is shown as the amount due with a payment due date of 11th March'15.
On 2nd March'15(30 days after debit from credit card) Upon advise received form the customer car Ms Pallavi Das i had taken a paid leave from work and went to submit the cancellation request(Copy attached)
I have still not received the refund of the premium amount and no any response from the customer care, Pallavi Das i understand is the Incharge of the call center who always promises to give a call back but never does. I am totally depressed calling them for the last 12-20 days to get back my money.

I need my money to be reversed immediately to my credit card before 11th March'15 and AEGON Religare to compensate for the Monetary loss(in terms of interest and one day paid leave) and for the mental stress that i have been through in the last 36 days calling the customer care and adviser agents etc
Please help me...
