Aegon Religare — Surrendering the policy

Hello.. My policy no.[protected].
My agent mr.Jigneshbhai (mob. [protected]) & mr. Hirenbhai (mob. [protected]) are not giving me proper answer as well as they are not surrendering my policy...
they both ask me one by one new documents and all...
but not surrendering my policy

Please surrender my policy and refund me the surendering amount of my money ...
