This shifting is From Chennai to Pune.
And I got information that by mistake my consignment has delivered to Kolapur. This is really unacceptable. And showing your carelessness.
I am totally disappointed with your service. I am not seeing any customer obsession with your team.
My CRE Janki is not reachable to contact. Her number is switched off.
When I am requesting to your customer care executives to check the status of my consignment I am receiving rude answers by them. And they are telling that they will not be working on Sunday. Then why company is showing 24/7 support.
One of them Vijay Dikshit has told me that he can't give me any information right now because he is with his family.
I can understand that it might be their family time but if your company is showing support for 24/7 then I feel it their responsibility to be helpful.
It's been more than a week I have not delivered my consignment. APML has assured me that estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 days. Customer are paying full payment in advance to APML and even after if we are not getting hussle free and on time service.
Moreover the consignment tracking status is also not true then how to trust your APML brand. You are not even taking care of delivery address. Because of your mistake my consignment has delivered on wrong location at Kolhapur and your team is not even ready to take responsibility for that mistake.
I have sent the mail having hope that you will understand the customer emergency. But I can see there is no hope since till date I have not delivered my consignment.
Requesting you again kindly look into this matter at earliest and update me the delivery status.
