I am a very patient and reasonable person. I never wrote this kind of review in my life targeting a person. I just want to share my horrible experience and save people like me. But the end, upper management got involved and resolved the matter.

*beware of kishan, viajayawada branch *.
Infact, the service provided by the company (Packing, loading, transport, unloading and assembling) is perfect. I am very happy with that. I would recommend this company. If you are dealing with vijayawada branch, just be careful who is taking the order. If it is kishan, just deny and save yourself from lot agony and pain.
- he is so rude and unprofessional. He is not supposed to be in sales and in contact with customers.
- he does not pickup your calls after the sales. We made 50 calls in two days to get in touch with this person after the sales. He responded to 3 calls total. He does not even apologize/give explanation for not responding to calls.
- he suddenly forgets "telugu" and speaks in hindi only after the sales. The same guy who spoke nice telugu during the sales with 'madam garu".
- after sales, he pretends that he cant understand what we are saying and acts dumb. His nice/polite voice disappears completely and anger shows in his voice like talking to crew after sales.
- he cuts the call in the middle of conversation. He does not call back.

Even though your service is impeccable, people like mr. Kishan can bring down your company's reputation. Please take proper action. Train him how to take accountability of job (End to end) and be nice/talk/behave with customer ever after sales.
There is lot of communication gap between the branches. We understand the reason for that is mr. Kishan does not inform the destination branch.
Here is an example: when we called, he picked up one call after 15 calls and informed us delivery will happen at 9:30 pm. But he did not coordinate that with vizag branch. He just called the driver and told him to go. Mr. Venu, vizag who supposed to arrange the unloading crew was not aware of it.
All this turmoil could avoided by simple clear communication with us without involving in internal matters of operation. We paid for the service. We just want the job done without worry.
* finally, i want to thank mr. Venu, vizag branch for talking to us and talking to vijayawada branch and mr. Sc sharma to help us to resolve the matter finally.
