[Resolved]  Air India Express — Baggage lost on 28 sep 14 till not found

Hi, On 28 sep, 2014 i took flight from Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport for Fiumicino (Rome), Flight no. AI 123. . When i arrived at ITALY airport (Fiumicino Airport) on 28 SEP. my one luggage was lost. In my bag i have my important documents as well as my summer and winter wears. i also comlaint at FIUMICINO Airport but they didn't respond. Almost three months gone but there is no response from either side. I call almost 5- 6 times a day but they didn't pick my phone. Please email me if you want more details for further process.
