Air India Express — Foreign object on foot

Hi Sir/Madam,

We are Arunsankar vijaya and Arunsankar srutilayaa travelled from Singapore to Madurai dated 6 april 2023 flight number 683 and we order food while booking our tickets itself.

The food was fried rice and cauliflower dry and it tastes good. While eating my daughter found something hard to bite and she took it out and we noticed a bit of white colour very sharp and hard thing on her food.
Its shocked us and my daughter told she found two other same thing like that while eating.
It was very shocking and I worried about her health.
If she swolled that sharp object it really creates cut on her throat, food pipe oesophagus and stomach. We can't even imaging a situation like that if that happens.

We called the assistance on flight and showed them the object and the senior person also came and apolozises for what happened. They took the picture of the object and our boarding pass.

They are ready to offer another food and drink, but we scared of eating again.

I. Know its human error and it happens to anyone while packing the food. We are regular flyers for past 20 year on varies flight to various sectors. But so far we didn't face a situation like this.
We heard from our friend about their bad food experience but we face it now and its scared us to order food especially on airindia express. I am attaching the foreign object and my daughters boarding pass.

I am sorry to say this even tough your flight tickets are cheap, we hereafter never select AirIndia Express to travel. And we are passing this messages to our friends and relatives.

And we are thinking to approach social media also.

My question are:

AirIndia Express food deliver partner got license?
Did they follow quality and hygiene in packing?
How come AirIndia Deliver a food with a foreign object?
