This is our ticket reference number RJG3BG (MR.RAMAN DIVAKARAN) & Z3BX0C (KELAN RAMAKRISHNAN) travel on 21.11.2014 in Mangalore Airport to Dubai Intl Airport. I reached the airport 1 hour 15 minutes before. I enter the Airport, the counter is closed. I requested to the counter staff, he forward us to Air India Express coordinator Mr.Sajith Thomas. I explained our situation to Mr. Sajith and he did not support us to travel. I got shouting and insulting from the responsible person. On the same day I deposit a compliant in complaint box and I didn’t get any reply from your side. I have more than 30 years of travelling experience to my life. Most of the time I prefer only Air India & Air India Express for travelling. This is happening in the first time. Our travelling distance from home to Mangalore Airport is two hours. I leave from my home at 05:00 pm, unfortunately on the way some accident is happened on the road, that why I delayed to reached the Airport.
Here with I attaching our Vehicle Parking Ticket Receipt copy with this mail.I have in touch with my family in UAE. They purchased the next day Morning Flight Ticket from UAE and send it to me by mail. The Ticket Reference No: FQLZ96. We wait 10 and half hours more in the Airport, Physically and mentally we’re tired and my family also worried at home in here.
So kindly need a solution for this matter and refund the full amount of our return ticket. I am waiting for your positive reply.
