Please don't mock at the passenger and add to his misery. Air India Baggage services to be held responsible for the loss. This has become a routine issue for Air India and they have not taken any step to address this issue. While checking in bag at Air India, all should assume in their mind that getting the bag back has a chance of about 50% only. Check in your bags at your own risk.
